the professional responsibility of lawyers.
Served on numerous occasions as a trial counsel in the examination and cross
examination of expert witnesses, as well as in the construction and execution of
effective case theory through jury speeches and examination of witnesses.
Persuasive Arts, Doar Communications. Have worked as a consultant on
numerous cases in the full range of civil litigation on developing and
implementing case strategy including the use of focus groups and technology in
the courtroom as a Senior Trial Analyst.
