2014 KENNEL LICENSE APPLICATION
Kennel licenses for 2014 are available for purchase starting December 1, 2013. Rates are shown below.
‣ NOTE: 2013 KENNEL LICENSE FEES WILL DOUBLE EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2014.
The 2014 application is available and must be completed and returned to the following address along
with rabies certificates:

Upon receipt of your application, Animal Control may contact you to arrange an appointment for an
inspection. After the inspection is approved, you can obtain your kennel license by bringing in or
sending your copy of the inspection approval document to:

I do hereby make application for a kennel license in accordance with MCLA 287.270, Section 10, which
reads: “For the purposes of this act, a kennel shall be construed as an establishment wherein or whereon three
(3) or more dogs are confined and kept for sale, boarding, breeding, or training purposes, for
remuneration, and a kennel facility shall be so constructed as to prevent the public or stray dogs from
obtaining entrance thereto and gaining contact with dogs lodged in the kennel”.
