Each dish will be judged out of a potential 60 points that cover not only the quality of the meal but how the venue embraces the challenge in the spirit of James Squire.<br />

The three key judging areas represent the essence of James Squire (with each dish judged out of a potential 4 points for each sub-category):<br />
