<strong>Show</strong> <strong>Games</strong><br />
Here are several games to try at your shows. Remember guest like to have fun when they<br />
attend shows, so try and offer 1 or 2 games per show and allow the winner a special gift<br />
or a discount on their order. <strong>Games</strong> are a great way to get everyone's attention and allow<br />
everyone to have fun! Pick the one you like best... Thanks to all who passed this on to<br />
me.<br />
PASS THAT GIFT<br />
Here is an easy and fun game to play. Pick a gift to give at the show and wrap it. ( A<br />
discount card works great also). Take a minute to introduced yourself, and ask everyone<br />
stand up and get into a circle. Hand 1 person the gift and have them follow the following<br />
directions. The last one with the gift in hand wins. This game is a really neat and fun one<br />
to play and allows almost everyone to participate.<br />
You thought all the gifts were meant for you. But I have other items too.<br />
So hold up this gift and look around, and give it to the one with eyes of brown.<br />
You think you are the lucky one, but let us all share in the fun!<br />
Look around with eyes discreet, and give it to the one with the smallest feet.<br />
Your feet are tiny and very small. Now hand it to someone very tall.<br />
Please, take your time and don't be harried. Give it to the one who is longest married.<br />
You must be proud of your married life, now pass this on to the newest wife.<br />
Of this parcel you are bereft, give it to the one on your left.<br />
The largest earring I'm looking for now, if you're wearing them, step up with a bow.<br />
Now to the person with buttons-- big or small, any kind, the most you can find gets the<br />
gift at this time.<br />
Now don't get cross and please don't fight, but pass it to the lady third on the right.<br />

TV <strong>Show</strong> Game<br />
Let everyone know you are playing a game for the prize you choose, and tell them they<br />
must listen close. Read the following to everyone and when you are done have them write<br />
down all of the TV shows they can remember that you just mentioned. The one with the<br />
most written down wins.<br />
I was THIRTY SOMETHING, living through THE WONDER YEARS with my<br />
FAMILY and my husband taking ONE DAY AT A TIME. We were doing okay, but<br />
THE FACTS OF LIFE were that we were not born with SILVER SPOONS in our<br />
mouths. Our savings were in JEOPARDY and we didn't want to be in debt for the rest of<br />
THE DAYS OF OUR LIVES. I finally told my husband, it's time to get out of THIS<br />
OLD HOUSE or at least make some HOME IMPROVEMENTS. I don't want to start a
FAMILY FEUD but I'm YOUNG AND RESTLESS and I want to contribute to the<br />
family finances. It's time for me to GET SMART.<br />
Don't be THE CRITIC, I'm in search of AMERICA'S MOST WANTED job. FAMILY<br />
MATTERS to me and I don't want to miss out on the PRIME TIME with the kids by<br />
hiring THE NANNY. Mary Kay offers a great opportunity. THE PRICE IS RIGHT, no<br />
investment!!! Part-time work with full-time pay! And WHO'S THE BOSS? I am! But<br />

Of course, I have experienced some GROWING PAINS, but soon I was able to spread<br />
my WINGS and watch my business BLOSSOM. Mary Kay has made me feel like I'm<br />
part of A-TEAM. I have GOOD TIMES at home with ALL MY CHILDREN. My family<br />
CHEERS when my weekly profit-check arrives!<br />
Soon I'll FLY AWAY TO PARADISE...a dream vacation for which Mary Kay will pay.<br />
My husband and I will be like HONEYMOONERS again, sharing HAPPY DAYS in<br />
ANOTHER WORLD. Mary Kay may not be for everyone, as they say, DIFFERENT<br />
STROKES for different folks. But, if you are MARRIED WITH CHILDREN and have<br />
strong FAMILY TIES, I highly recommend Mary Kay to you.<br />
The Ask Me Game<br />
At the end of my shows, I always play this game. I tell my guest they get 3 mins to ask<br />
me ANY question about MY JOB. ANYTHING at all. BUT there are some rules.... they<br />
MUST raise their hand, and no one can more than one question at a time.. there must be<br />
someone between each question they have... NO Question is UNANSWERED.... PLUS<br />
since in my shows I play the AUCTION through out it... there are 3 Questions that are<br />
bonus questions. Each Questions they ask gets them $100 in auction money, BUT for the<br />
BONUS ones they get $500 in auction money. The 3 BONUS questions are... How did<br />
you get started? How much money do you make? And whatever other question you feel<br />
is important In RECRUITING.<br />
Blind Hawaii - This is a fun one - The top trip!!!Hawaii!!<br />
Have everyone close his or her eyes. They picture Hawaii. Have them do the following<br />
with their eyes closed and they must keep their eyes closed the entire time!<br />
Then ask them to draw the island (10 points). Then a sun in their sky (15), fish in their<br />
sea 20), a palm tree on their island (25), a boat in their sea (30), birds in their sky (35), a<br />
hula girl next to the palm tree (40), port holes on the ship(45), a drink (Maitai) in the girls<br />
hand(50), and last but not least a sailor on the ship(55).<br />
The trick to getting the points is the drawing should look like this:<br />
THE ISLAND MUST BE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PIECE OF PAPER. THE SUN<br />
MUST BE IN THE RIGHT HAND CORNER. THEY MUST HAVE THREE OR
MORE FISH AND BIRDS. THE PALM TREE MUST BE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE<br />
ISLAND<br />
THE HULA GIRL TO THE RIGHT, THE SHIP TO THE LEFT OF THE ISLAND, THE<br />
DRINK HAS TO BE TOUCHING THE GIRL, THE SHIP MUST HAVE THE<br />
PORTHOLES ON THE SHIP AND THE SAILOR MUST BE TOUCHING THE SHIP.<br />
EVERYONE GETS A BIG HOOT OUT OF IT. AND EVERYONE LOVES TO SHOW<br />
HIS OR HER DRAWINGS. THE ONE WITH THE MOST POINTS WINS<br />
Left Right Game<br />
Wrap a small gift of some sort. Nothing expensive. Hand it to the hostess and tell<br />
everyone your playing the left and right game. Each time they hear the WORDS left or<br />
right they must pass that gift to the person on their left...or to the person… on their right.<br />
and the one holding the gift in the end wins.<br />
Here it is:<br />
I left the house right on time to get to _____________'s house. I had everything I needed<br />
to set up my display the right way, and place our wonderful products right before your<br />
eyes. My first turn was to the right, and then I<br />
turned left. Then I had to turn right, right again, and then left. I hoped that I remembered<br />
the right way to get to here.<br />
After I made the lefts and the rights, I found that my memory was right on target. I was<br />
right where I needed to be, here at __________'s house.<br />
As I unloaded the car, I checked to make sure nothing was left behind. Putting one bag on<br />
my left shoulder and holding another with my right hand, I approached the door.<br />
Knocking with my right hand, I waited for ___________ to answer. After I set my<br />
samples down on the left of the room and my display items on the right, I was ready to<br />
start passing the samples. I say, "Please sample these products on your left hand and<br />
arm." As each item was introduced, I handed it to the person on my right, who passed it<br />
to the right and so on.<br />
Once you have sampled the high quality products, please open your catalogs right away.<br />
There are so many awesome products on each page....make sure you look on the left side<br />
AND the right so you don't miss a single one!<br />
I am going to begin passing around products to sample right now. Please feel free to ask<br />
me any questions you may have at any time.<br />
