Jon Eslinger is a visual communicator / designer / independent thinker who is using creativity as a weapon to
change your mind. Born and bred in North Dakota, Jon is currently the Creative Director for Traction in Lansing,
Michigan.
His work has been featured in PRINT Magazine, LogoLounge and Creativity Magazine. Jon has also been the
recipient of more than four-dozen regional and national design awards, including a Premier Print Award and a
National ADDY Award.
In addition to trying to sound important, Jon enjoys diet raspberry Lipton iced tea, rock ‘n’ roll, professional
wrestling, reuben sandwiches and Charles Bronson films.

Cynthia Everhart is the Marketing Strategist and Owner of Twist Communications, LLC, an ADDY award-winning
firm that is all about Strategy, Collaboration and Successful Resolutions. Twist Communications began in 2003
and has worked with a wide variety of clientele that includes builders, Municipalities, realtors, cabinet makers,
powder coaters, authors, speakers, sports teams, universities, financial institutions, health and human service
agencies and so much more.
Prior to that, Cynthia experienced the Radio/Newspaper/TV/Magazine cycle through a web-based lens before
jumping on to the agency side. Before heading up the Web Development division at Visuality, a Madison-based
branding firm, she was on the start-up and management teams for various award-winning and successful news
and content driven web sites including onlinemadison.com through Midcontinent Media, Madison.com through
Lee Enterprises, Channel3000.com and TheMilwaukeeChannel.com through Internet Broadcasting Systems and
the local CBS and ABC TV affiliates.
Cynthia was on the Board of Directors for AAF Madison from 2001 - 2011, Chaired the ADDYs for 7 years, was
ADDY judging Chair for 4 years, assisted with various AAF committees and volunteer opportunities, and served
as President for the 2009-2010 AAF Madison club year. Cynthia has been an active and involved member of
AAF Madison since 1995 and has been an annual judge for the ADDYs in several marketplaces across the country
since 2004.

In his former life, Seth Gunderson used to slap on inline skates and slide down handrails or jump over staircases.
He traveled the country and was paid good money to allow other people to produce films about his “skillz.”
Today, Seth is an art director who has been sliding around all kinds of traditional and interactive communication
forms, jumping from one to another with ease. He’s won awards on both the local and national levels for his
work with brands like Merial, Houlihan’s, Shatto Milk Company, American Century Investments, UMB Financial
Corporation, Bayer, AMC, Sprint, Cargill, Cessna and many more. He’s a bit sarcastic. He loves nachos and only
recently tolerates corn.
