Manifold VKF-i
LK Manifold VKF-i
Manifold of brass with integrated balancing lock shield valves and flow indicators
0,5-5 l/min.
The manifold can be delivered in sizes from 2 - 12 heating loops.
Connection to the main circuit is possible from either left- or right hand side. Installation
depth incl. bracket - 105 mm, c/c manifold 210 mm, c/c connection pipes
50 mm.
The manifold must be completed with:
• LK Connection Coupling for pipe dim: PE-X/ PAL dim 16 x 2 (art. no. 241 74 61)
/ PE-X dim 12 x 2 (art. no. 241 74 62) / PE-X dim 20 x 2 (art. no. 241 79 06) and
2 ball valves 1” (art. no. 241 75 50).
LK Connection Coupling for PE-X pipe 20 x 2,8 and copper pipe 12 x 1,0 and
15 x 1,0 are available as accessories.
Delivered in a box containing:
• 2 manifolds assembled with fixing bracket.
• 2 x end caps with manual vent, filler and drain plug, balancing key, assembly
instruction, marking plates and protective bag.
The measurments of the manifold are given incl. the end cap. When mounting
LK Ball Valve 1” add approx. 55 mm.

LK 1-Circuit Valve
Valve kit for one under floor heating loop. Consists of a control valve and a adjustment
valve (return) ½” male thread. Must be completed with connection couplings
for current pipe dim: PE-X/PAL pipe in dim 16 (Art. no. 241 74 61) / PE-X pipe in
dim 12x2 (Art. no. 241 74 62) / PE-X pipe in dim 20x2 (Art. no. 241 79 06). Alternatively
LK Press Connection VKF-i can be used for current pipe dim: PE-X / PAL pipe

Cabinets
LK Manifold Cabinet, built in type (INB)
LK Manifold Cabinet (INB) is designed for built-into the wall mounting with LK
Manifold VKF-i. In the cabinets that are built into the stud walls with a minimum
stud-frame thickness of 120 mm and a plaster-board wall thickness of 13 mm can
LK Manifold VKF-i be mounted together with LK Manifold Shunt VS or CS. See
range table below.
The cabinets are made of 1 mm thick powder-lacquered metal plating and have
adjustable feets 0-100 mm. The back of the cabinet has adjustable (height and side
ways) ”rails” for manifold. The front of the cabinet is adjustable in depth and removable.
The hatch is delivered with a coin lock and as accessory, a key lock is
available.
Equipped with ”knock out holes” on the sides to enable that the supply and return
pipe can be installed from the side. If the supply- and return pipe are installed
through the knock out holes on the cabinet´s side , then VKF 7-8 can be installed
in cabinet INB 2-6. Minimum joist depth is 95 mm if the cabinet shall be built in a
wall.

LK Manifold Cabinet, on the wall type (UTV)
LK Manifold Cabinet UTV is designed for mounting outside of the existing walls
with LK Manifold VKF-i. In the cabinets with a minimum stud-frame thickness
of 120 mm can LK Manifold (VKF-i) also be mounted together with LK Manifold
Shunt VS. In the cabinets with a minimum stud-frame thickness of 180 mm can LK
Manifold (VKF-i) be mounted together with LK Manifold Shunt CS or LK Heat
Exchanger Pack -10. See range table below.
The cabinets are made of 1 mm thick powder-lacquered metal plating and the
base of the cabinet is removable for convenient installtion. The back has adjustable
(height and side ways) ”rails” for the manifold. The hatch is delivered with a coin
lock and as accessory, a key lock is available.
Equipped with ”knock out holes” on the sides to enable that the supply and return
pipe can be installed from the side. If the supply- and return pipe are installed
through the knock out holes on the cabinet´s side, then VKF 7-8 can be installed in
cabinet INB 2-6.

LK Hatch
Installation hatch with frame to be mounted in the wall. The hatch has a coin lock,
as an accessory there is a key lock. The frame and hatch is made by 1 mm stove
enamelled steel plate. LK Hatch must be placed directly on the floor. The bottom
of the frame is adjustable in height.

LK Cabinet One WP
The LK Cabinet One WP is designed for concealing or protecting the LK 1-Circuit
Valve in the wall. The cabinet is made of 1 mm powder coated steel.
The LK Cabinet One WP is installed in-built into a wall with a minimum thickness
of 70 mm. The cabinet has a thick base with pipe through-holes sealed with rubber
that allow any leaks to be drained to the optional inspection point.
The cabinet is supplied with a fitted door, pipe rubber seals, power supply holes,
spray protection and assembly instructions. The cabinet’s side sections are fitted
with knockout holes for possible feeding of the supply and return flow to the side.

LK Manifold Cabinet WP

that ensure any leeks can be drained to the optional inspection point. The cabinet
is manufactured of 1mm powder coated steel plate.
The cabinet is supplied complete with door and frame. Additionally pipe gasket
seals, spray shields and installation instructions are packed in the box. The hatch
of the cabinet is fitted as standard with a screwdriver catch. Lock and keys are
available as accessories.
The cabinet’s side sections are fitted with knockout holes for possible feeding of
the supply and return flow to the side.
The LK Manifold Cabinet WP can be installed in stud walls with minimum studframe
of 95 mm. The rear side of the cabinet is equipped with four M8 bolts which
can be used for attaching when the cabinet is to be mounted prior to casting the
cement platform. The cabinet can also be mounted on existing walls by using LK
Base, which then conceals the pipe installation between the cabinet and the floor.
LK Manifold Cabinet WP is not intended for LK Manifold Shunt.

LK Shunt Cabinet WP
LK Shunt Cabinet WP is intended for use where LK Floor Heating Manifold VKF-i
and LK Manifold Shunt CS are to be hidden. The cabinet is made of 1 mm thick
powder-lacquered metal plating. NOTE! LK Manifold Shunt CS must be mounted
on the right side of the cabinet.
LK Shunt Cabinet WP can be mounted built-into the wall with a minimum joist
thickness of 120 mm. The cabinet can also be mounted outside of existing walls
with the help of accessory LK Base which hides the piping between cabinet and
floor. The cabinet has a water-tight base with rubber pipe grommets allowing any
water leakage to be drained off to an optional place for inspection. The rear side of
the cabinet is equipped with four M8 bolts which can be used for attaching when
the cabinet is to be mounted prior to casting the cement platform.
The cabinet is supplied complete with door and frame. Additionally pipe gasket
seals, spray shields and installation instructions are packed in the box. The hatch
of the cabinet is fitted as standard with a screwdriver catch. Lock and keys are
available as accessories.

LK Base WP is used to conceal pipe installation between the LK Manifold Cabinet
WP /LK Shunt Cabinet WP and the floor when the cabinet is installed on existing
walls. LK Base WP sliding in height between 120-150 mm.

LK Hatch WP
LK Hatch WP is designed to be used as a spare part to LK Manifold Cabinet WP/
LK Shunt Cabinet WP, it can also be used to cover built in installations. The Hatch
is delivered with a frame for attachment to LK Manifold Cabinet WP/ LK Shunt
Cabinet WP or wall.
As standard the hatch is fitted with a screwdriver catch. Lock and keys are available
as accessories. Hatch and frame is manufactured of 1 mm powder coated steel
plate.

LK Manifold Cabinet VT - COMPLETE
LK Manifold Cabinet VT – COMPLETE, is supplied pre-assembled with LK Manifold
VKF-i. On the supply of the manifold there is isolation valve mounted with
a thermometer. In the return of the manifold, there is LK OpiFlow mounted for
flow adjustment. OptiFlow-valve is also used as isolation. The cabinet includes lid,
frame, pipe inlets, LK Connection couplings to PE-X /PAL pipe, dim 16 (Article no
241 74 61), splash protection and assembly instructions. The cabinet lid is supplied
as standard with a screwdriver lock; a key lock as available as an accessory. The
cabinet has a water-tight base with sealed outlets to allow accidental water leakage
to be drained to a drain or wet-proof area.
Note! The cabinet is manufactured for right hand assembly only, i.e. the primary
supply connection to the manifolds is on the right of the cabinet, either through
the side panel or through the base. LK Manifold Cabinet VT can be built into stud
walls with a minimum cavity of 95 mm. The cabinet can also be mounted onto
walls by using LK Base to conceal the pipes between the cabinet and floor. The
side panels of the cabinet are provided with knock-out holes for primary supply
and return lines. The back of the manifold cabinet is fitted with four fasteners (M8
bolts) than can be used as an attachment to the LK Cabinet Stand when you wish
to mount the cabinet before the concrete slab has set.

LK Shunt Cabinet VT - COMPLETE
LK Shunt Cabinet VT – COMPLETE is supplied pre-assembled LK Manifold Shunt
CS and LK Manifold VKF-i. The cabinet has a water-tight base with sealed outlets
to allow accidental water leakage to be drained to a drain or wet-proof area.
Note! The cabinet is manufactured for right-hand assembly, i.e. primary side connection
is from the right side of the cabinet base.
LK Shunt Cabinet VT can be built into walls with a minimum stud cavity of 120
mm. The cabinet can also be mounted onto walls by using LK Base to conceal the
pipes between the cabinet and floor. The cabinet has a water-tight base with sealed
outlets to allow accidental water leakage to be drained to a drain or wet-proof area.
The back of the cabinet is supplied with four M8 bolts for pre-installation if walls
are to be built after the floor heating has been installed.
The cabinet includes lid, frame, pipe inlets, LK Connection Couplings to PE-X /
PAL pipe, dim 16 (Article no 241 74 61), splash protection and assembly instructions.
The cabinet lid is supplied as standard with a screwdriver lock; a key lock as
available as an accessory.
