Baskets Closing Time: 7:50 pm Overbid Procedures This year, we are adding a new element to the silent auction bidding process. Here’s your chance to sit back, relax, and still bid on your favorite silent items! At each section, there is an overbid box with colored slips of paper. If you would like, simply write your name, bid number, and the item number that you are bidding on. Then, write the maximum amount you are willing to pay for that item. Finally, sit back and relax- no running back to the item to see if you have been outbid! If your bid is the highest bid on that item when the section closes, you will win that item. It’s that easy! (NOTE: All bids must be made in whole dollar increments. For example, a bid of $170.50 is invalid, but a bid of $171 is acceptable.) Questions? See the volunteers working the booth for more information!
