Overbid Procedures<br />
This year, we are adding a new element <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> silent auction bidding process.<br />
Here’s your chance <strong>to</strong> sit back, relax, and still bid on your favorite silent items!<br />
At each section, <strong>the</strong>re is an overbid box with colored slips of paper. If you would<br />
like, simply write your name, bid number, and <strong>the</strong> item number that you are<br />
bidding on. Then, write <strong>the</strong> maximum amount you are willing <strong>to</strong> pay for that<br />
item. Finally, sit back and relax- no running back <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> item <strong>to</strong> see if you have<br />
been outbid!<br />
If your bid is <strong>the</strong> highest bid on that item when <strong>the</strong> section closes, you will win<br />
that item. It’s that easy! (NOTE: All bids must be made in whole dollar increments.<br />
For example, a bid of $170.50 is invalid, but a bid of $171 is acceptable.)<br />
