Having an event such as a Happy Hour, Bunco or a Graduation party and you don't feel like
making all that food? Don't worry, let us do the work for you! The 2013 auction committee will
provide appetizers and desserts for approximately 25 guests. We will deliver everything right to
your home and set it all up for you. All you have to do is invite the guests and enjoy a stress free
time. Must be used by July 31, 2013 and excludes holidays. Mutually agreeable date. Must be
within a 25 mile radius of Notre Dame.

103 ND Golf Tourney
Join us on the links for the ND Golf Tournament. This annual event is a fundraiser for the ND
Athletic Association. The tournament will be on August 17, 2013 at Sunset Hills Golf Course. The
start time is 1:30 pm. You and three of your favorite golf buddies will enjoy 18 holes of golf with
a cart. Also included is lunch and dinner, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

104 Home Brewing Demonstration- Man's Day Out!
Anheuser Busch/InBev has nothing on you! Up for bid is a homebrew session where you will
brew one 5-gallon batch of beer, equivalent to two cases of beer. You select the beer style that
you would like to make, and Bridget Doherty ’04 or Mike Walters, experienced homebrewer and
president of the St. Louis Homebrewing Association, will determine the recipe and collect all of
the necessary ingredients. Location of the homebrew session will be at the brewer's home. The
homebrewer will provide the equipment, materials and expertise to guide you through brewing
the beer using an all-grain process. The brew day will take about five to six hours, after which
the beer will be placed into a fermenting vessel. After two to three weeks, you will complete
the experience when you return to bottle the beer, and take the beer home with you. Mutually
agreeable date.
