CLEARANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Seniors
Clearance forms were issued on Monday 2 November 2009.
1 Clearance should have already begun by:
- Paying all outstanding fees
- Returning all borrowed equipment
- Returning all text books
- Returning all library books
- Returning all sports uniforms
- Getting teacher’s signature to confirm clearance for that
subject
2 Senior clearance day is on Tuesday 8 December 2009 ‐ 9.30am to 1.30pm.
All senior students must come to school on this morning to clear (they may wear mufti). If your child
has started a job, please make sure they inform their employer that they are required at school for this
purpose at this time. The Dean will issue end of year reports, year book (and testimonials for Year 13
students) if they have received the “all clear”.
3 If a student is unable to attend on Tuesday 8 December because of another school commitment, e.g.
DOE trip, exam or another circumstance beyond their control (having to work is NOT), they must see
Mrs Delaney with a written explanation and their clearance form as soon as possible.
Juniors
Clearance forms will be issued on Monday 30 November 2009.
1. Begin clearing now by:
- Paying all outstanding fees
- Returning all borrowed equipment
- Returning all text books
- Returning all library books
- Returning all sports uniforms
2 Between Monday 30 November and Friday 4 December students should get their teachers’ signatures
to confirm clearance. If there is a department stamp or an “all clear” they do not require their
teacher’s signature for that subject.
3 If the clearance form is lost, please ask the School Office for another copy.
4 Once the clearance form is “All Clear”, and they are the eldest child at Kamo High School and the Parent
Contribution fee for this year has been paid, students can collect a year book. These will be available at
the School Office at interval and lunchtime from Tuesday 8 December. Students must bring their
clearance form with them.
