<strong>Oilers</strong> Digital Season Seat FAQs<br />

The <strong>Oilers</strong> Digital Season Seat Card is an easy to use digital ticket system exclusive to<br />

<strong>Oilers</strong> Season Seat Holders at Rexall Place.<br />

Similar to printing or downloading an airline boarding pass, this up-to-date technology<br />

is quick, secure and simple. Utilizing this digital system will allow you the ultimate<br />

convenience and flexibility in managing your seats.<br />

Each of your <strong>Oilers</strong> Digital Season Seat Cards has been pre-loaded with all the 2013-14<br />

regular season home games. With no tickets to carry, your card will allow you to:<br />

• Enter the arena, scan at the door, and cheer on your <strong>Oilers</strong><br />

• Print tickets from any computer with no fee<br />

• Securely and electronically transfer tickets via e-mail<br />

• Sell tickets via the <strong>Oilers</strong> TicketExchange, the only safe, secure and authorized site for the<br />

resale of <strong>Oilers</strong> tickets by <strong>Oilers</strong> Season Seat Holders<br />

• Donate your tickets online<br />

Your card also serves as your 2013-14 Season Seat Holder ID.<br />

How do I use my card?<br />

Use your <strong>Oilers</strong> Digital Season Seat Card just like you would a normal paper ticket.<br />

Present your card to the attendant when you arrive at Rexall Place and you will be scanned<br />

into the building.<br />

How do I share my seats?<br />

There are three great options for sharing your seats:<br />

1. Print a paper ticket through your <strong>Oilers</strong> Account Manager<br />

2. Forward tickets electronically through your <strong>Oilers</strong> Account Manager<br />

3. Provide your Season Seat Card to the recipient


How do I print at home or<br />

forward tickets electronically?<br />

To print or forward your tickets follow these easy steps:<br />

1. Log in to your online <strong>Oilers</strong> Account Manager using your Account ID and password.<br />

2. Click on Manage My Tickets.<br />

3. Select the game you would like to manage.<br />

4. Select the action from the drop down menu and check the box corresponding to the<br />

ticket(s) you would like to print or forward.<br />

5. The seats you have selected will move to your cart at the top right corner of the screen.<br />

The cart allows you to forward tickets for multiple games to a single recipient or print<br />

multiple games at once.<br />

6. Once you have selected all the seats you wish to manage, click Continue and<br />

follow the on-screen instructions.


How does it work?<br />

Your Season Seat Card carries a barcode that is valid for each game of the season.<br />

When printing a ticket, the printed ticket becomes valid for entry to that game and the<br />

barcode on your Digital Season Seat Card will be deactivated.<br />

During the forwarding process the barcode is cancelled for the selected game only and a<br />

new one is issued electronically. The recipient is sent an email with instructions on how to<br />

log in to Account Manager to print or download the new ticket. Tickets can be printed using<br />

any standard printer.<br />

Can I print, forward or sell only some of my<br />

tickets and leave the rest on my card?<br />

Yes. Simply check the box next to the seat that you would like to print, forward or sell and<br />

continue through the process. Once your tickets have been printed, forwarded or posted for<br />

sale, that information will show up next to your seats for the selected game in your account.


Can I print or forward tickets if my<br />

account is not paid in full?<br />

Yes, your entire ticket package is available on your online Account Manager.<br />

Is there a way to print or forward<br />

more than one game at a time?<br />

Yes, your Account Manager allows you to perform the following actions:<br />

• You may print tickets for one or more games in one transaction<br />

• You may forward tickets from multiple games to a single recipient<br />

NOTE: Printing and forwarding cannot be done in the same transaction.<br />

How do I donate my tickets?<br />

To donate your tickets and receive a charitable tax receipt, log in to your<br />

<strong>Oilers</strong> Account Manager and select Donate Tickets to Charity in the drop down menu<br />

and follow the on-screen instructions.<br />

Donations must be made a minimum of three business days prior to date of the game.


How do I sell my tickets on<br />

<strong>Edmonton</strong> <strong>Oilers</strong> TicketExchange?<br />

To post tickets for sale on the <strong>Edmonton</strong> <strong>Oilers</strong> TicketExchange, simply:<br />

1. Log in to your Account Manager with your Account ID and password.<br />

2. Click on Manage My Tickets.<br />

3. Select the game.<br />

4. In the drop down menu select Sell Tickets on <strong>Edmonton</strong> <strong>Oilers</strong> TicketExchange,<br />

check the box next to the tickets you wish to sell and click Done.<br />

5. Enter your preferred posting price and expiration date. Click Continue.<br />

6. Verify the information and click Post Tickets for Sale.


What are the fees for printing or<br />

sharing tickets?<br />

Print at home via online Account Manager...........................................Complimentary<br />

Ticket Forwarding via online Account Manager....................................Complimentary<br />

Individual game ticket Forwarding/Printing<br />

through the <strong>Oilers</strong> Customer Experience Team<br />

(in person or via phone request)..........................................$1.95 per seat, per game


What if I lose my Card?<br />

Your tickets can be reprinted at home by logging in to your online Account Manager or by<br />

calling a Customer Experience Representative at 780-414-GOAL (4625).<br />

In order to reprint tickets for stolen cards a police report must accompany your request.<br />

Original barcodes will be deactivated and new tickets with a different barcode will be<br />

activated and printed. Only the new tickets will grant access to Rexall Place.<br />

Who should I contact if I have an issue with my<br />

Account Manager on game days?<br />

Weekdays between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM you may contact our<br />

Customer Experience Team by calling 780-414-GOAL (4625) or by visiting our ticket office<br />

located at TELUS Field, 10233 - 96 Avenue.<br />

After regular business hours on game days, or on weekends, please proceed to the Game<br />

Day Office at Rexall Place located behind Section 120 on the main concourse. The Game Day<br />

Office is open a minimum of two hours before game time or 30 minutes before the doors open.
