1. A voting meeting of the Daniel Boone Area Board of School Directors was called
to order by President Andrew G. Basile at 7:57 p.m. with the following directors
present:

meeting to discuss personnel
Dr. Otto was not present due to personal issues

guidelines for addressing the board on back of cover sheet
6. Presentations by Public on Issues
Shane Kochel, Union Township, spoke about gifted program at elementary
level. Mr. Basile asked Mr. Kochel to save his comments until the
Committee of the Whole meeting since they didn’t pertain to the items on
the voting agenda.

B. That the Board of Directors approve the following Leaves:

adjourn at 8:15 pm and approved by all directors present.
At 9:26 p.m. the Board of School Directors, after discussion at the Committee of
the Whole Meeting, reconvened the voting meeting by a voice vote (approved by all
Board Members present) for the following vote:

It was moved by Mr. Sheehan and seconded by Mr. Ross to allow Mrs. Traynor to
proceed with an invoice for the RAPTOR system for volunteer clearances.
Ayes: Mrs. Fiset, Mrs. Hartzell, Mr. McCullough, Mr. Ross, Mr. Sheehan,
Ms. Twardowski, Mr. Basile.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Mr. Sheehan and seconded by Mr. McCullough to adjourn the meeting
at 9:27 pm. All board members were in agreement
