<strong>ASC</strong>´s integrated communications recording<br />

solutions for Aastra’s MX-ONE and<br />

700 platform are designed to capture,<br />

store, playback and archive telephone<br />

calls from <strong>Voice</strong>-<strong>over</strong>-<strong>IP</strong> networks. The<br />

product can run under either Windows<br />

or Linux operating system without any<br />

proprietary hardware, thus allowing<br />

easy and cost-effective deployment.<br />

<strong>EVOip</strong> software categorizes calls by date,<br />

start/end times, call duration, phone<br />

number, and channel or <strong>IP</strong> address, and<br />

stores them on a server.<br />

Meet Diverse <strong>Recording</strong> Needs<br />

<strong>ASC</strong>’s flexible and easily scaled voice recording<br />

solution can be used by many<br />

types of organizations for multiple purposes.<br />

Financial institutions can record calls and<br />

retain them to comply with g<strong>over</strong>nment<br />

regulations. Public safety organizations,<br />

such as police departments and first<br />

responders, can record incoming public<br />

calls to expedite investigations.<br />

Contact centers can record customer interactions<br />

to monitor and enhance agent<br />

performance. Companies can store calls<br />

with <strong>EVOip</strong> software to verify transactions,<br />

avoid legal liability, or investigate<br />

threatening communications.<br />

<strong>EVOip</strong> active for Aastra MX-ONE<br />

and Aastra 700<br />

<strong>ASC</strong>’s active Vo<strong>IP</strong> recording solutions for<br />

Aastra may be installed anywhere in the<br />

<strong>IP</strong> network and operates independent<br />

of the LAN structure. The audio streams<br />

are duplicated in the endsets and sent<br />

to the <strong>EVOip</strong> recorder without affecting<br />

conference capacity.<br />

<strong>Recording</strong> of encrypted conversations is<br />

also supported. To provide additional<br />

call details such as phone number, call<br />

direction or call duration, a CTIntegration<br />

for Aastra is included.<br />

Search-and-replay<br />

<strong>ASC</strong>’s search-and-replay applications are<br />

based on your company’s requirements:<br />

Select INSTANTplay or INSTANT WEBplay<br />

primarily for immediate retrieval of the<br />

most recent call. POWERplay or WEBplay<br />

excel with flexible search criteria and<br />

other advanced functions.<br />

Customers may choose either the<br />

browser-based application without any<br />

additional software or Java-based client/<br />

server technology with replay via LAN.<br />

Compatible with Solidus eCare<br />

Multimedia Contact Center<br />

Aastra Solidus eCare offers <strong>IP</strong> and<br />

mobility-enabled contact center<br />

solutions for enterprises of all sizes.<br />

Solidus eCare supports multi-site<br />

implementations, thereby enabling<br />
