the Company since 22.08.1986 and elected as Chairman<br />
in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company<br />
held on 30.08.1994. Shri Y.S.Chowdary is a Pro moter-<br />
Director of <strong>Sujana</strong> <strong>Group</strong>. He played an important and key<br />
role in establishing the <strong>Sujana</strong> group of companies. He has<br />
been a constant driving force for fostering higher growth<br />
amongst all the group companies. Shri Y.S. Chowdary has<br />
in depth knowledge and a deep insight into the domestic<br />
and glo bal steel products industry.<br />
