C.V.C. Member:<br />
Our 2015 membership dues of $67.00 are due by the <strong>November</strong> General meeting<br />
on <strong>November</strong> 18, <strong>2014</strong>. If dues aren’t paid by this time, it will be considered<br />
delinquent. Membership may be terminated for those members whose dues have<br />
not been received by the General meeting on December 16, <strong>2014</strong>.<br />
Enclosed is a C.V.C. membership renewal form to complete and return with your<br />
dues payment. Also, please include a copy of your current automobile insurance<br />
verification.<br />
