Class 1 and 10 buildings, such as single dwellings, restricted residential
accommodation and non-habitable buildings, e.g. sheds or garages.
Class 2 (multi-residential) to a maximum of 3 storeys.
Low Rise
Class 3 to 9 buildings to a max of 3 storeys and floor area under 3500m 2 .
Includes residential buildings other than Class 1 or 2, commercial buildings
and also their residential components, or buildings of a public nature.

Your renewal application cannot be processed unless all of the relevant information is provided
and appropriate fees are paid. At the time of lodgement, your application should be complete,
signed and witnessed.
