Opening the conference is a spectacular reception held at the Lebua State Tower and<br />
Dome, just a short walk from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The evening begins with<br />
cocktails on the 64th floor, Bangkok’s highest outdoor balcony, offering unparalleled<br />
views and the neon-lit, open-air Sky Bar. Next you’ll enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres in<br />
the golden Dome located on the 67th floor, which offers a spectacular 360 degree<br />
panoramic view of the city. An abundance of delicacies will please your palate while the<br />
sounds of local musicians will entertain you. The recipient of Condé Nast Traveler’s award<br />
in 2005 and 2007, this venue will provide a memorable evening for re-acquainting with<br />

Enjoy an elegant evening at the historical Chomwang Hall on the Royal Thai Navy<br />
Convention grounds, strategically located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River, the<br />
“River of Kings” opposite the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. You<br />
will depart by private riverboat from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel providing a fascinating<br />
view of the city skyline along its route. The event will begin with a cocktail reception and<br />
local music while you gaze upon the grandeur and beauty of the Grand Palace from one<br />
of the best vantage points. Following the reception, you will proceed up a grand staircase<br />
into the Hall for an elegant dinner with breathtaking views of the Palace. The evening<br />
will conclude with a traditional puppet show performed by the critically-acclaimed Joe<br />
Louis Puppet theatre. This performance will amaze you with intricate movements and a<br />
fascinating storyline.<br />
