The project <strong>in</strong>volves the construction of a 40m bridge <strong>to</strong> provide a<br />
grate separation structure <strong>to</strong> carry Sadiola m<strong>in</strong>e haulage traffic<br />
across a public road. The m<strong>in</strong>e haulage is carried out by a<br />
number of different vehicle the largest of which are CAT 785<br />
dumpers which have a fully weight of 250 <strong>to</strong>ns. These dumpers<br />
also have a full laden height <strong>in</strong> the order of 10 metres.<br />
The feasibility study <strong>in</strong>cluded: Geometrics, Pavements and<br />
Materials Design.<br />
