MASTER PLAN ALWAR: 2031
1. Economic Growth : Opportunities / Constraints : (i) Built Heritage (ii) Eco-Heritage
• Built heritage: Alwar located in the middle of Golden Triangle of tourism (Delhi – Jaipur –
Agra) occupies relatively lower position.
• Eco-heritage: Alwar occupies relatively a higher position vis a vis Golden Triangle Towns.
Consequently eco-heritage could be exploited / and entertainment city could be planned.
• Considering about two hours travel time from Delhi (RRTS) and Jaipur,
Alwar could be an ideal week end tourist destination
