CABANAKITCHENS, INC.
Commerce, CA (April 15, 2005) – Lynx Grills, Inc., the leading manufacturer of superiorquality,
high-performance stainless steel outdoor kitchen products, announced today that it has
acquired CabanaKitchens, Inc., the foremost manufacturer of high-end outdoor grills with an
integrated gas oven and broiler.
Incorporated in 1999, CabanaKitchens holds a celebrated 2003 Vesta Award from Hearth &
Home Magazine for the industry’s first outdoor grill with a built-in oven & broiler. Offering an
integrated freestanding or slide-in cooking center, CabanaKitchens feature heavy-duty stainless
steel construction and are equipped with a high-performance grilling surface, side burners,
oven, broiler, rotisserie, warming rack, storage, and more.
CabanaKitchens will become a new division under Lynx and plans to expand the line of
integrated outdoor kitchens under the Cabana brand name. In addition, Lynx will increase
marketing efforts behind the Cabana brand and will also offer new accessories to complement
the line.

CabanaKitchens will continue to sell through its current channels. Clyde Williams, the former
owner of CabanaKitchens, Inc. will join the Lynx team and will be actively supporting
CabanaKitchens nationally.
