Engineering Sdn Bhd to undertake the sub-contract work<br />
for the Proposed Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL) Johor<br />
Bahru – Design, Construct and Complete Main Line<br />
Bridge, Ramp A, Ramp B, Ramp C and Ramp D, Johor at a<br />
contract sum of RM293 million.<br />
18 AUGUST 2008<br />
<strong>Bina</strong> <strong>Puri</strong> (B) Sdn Bhd has completed the Advance Works<br />
at Sungai Liang Industrial Park, Belait District, a project<br />
under the Brunei Economic Development Board.<br />

the Interior Decoration & Fitting Out Works for Abu<br />
Dhabi National Islamic Finance Company (ADNIF)<br />
Headquarters and Branch Premises, Abu Dhabi, United<br />
Arab Emirates.<br />

The construction works of the new highway, KL-Kuala<br />
Selangor Expressway from Assam Jawa to Kundang of<br />
Package 1 and from Kundang toTaman RimbaTempler for<br />
Package 2 had commenced on 28 October 2008.<br />
Through our associate, KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway<br />
Bhd, (KLSEB) the concessionaire for KL-Kuala Selangor<br />
Expressway (KLS Expressway), we had earlier on 5 June<br />
2008 appointed Mudajaya Corporation Bhd as the turnkey<br />
contractor.<br />
It is a 33km dual carriageway expressway which will<br />
provide an alternative link road to the present Federal<br />
Road 54 from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Selangor. It also<br />
forms part of the Malaysian Government planned KL<br />
Outer Ring Road (KLORR) which commences from north<br />
of Templer Park to Assam Jawa town in the District of<br />
Kuala Selangor, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.<br />
13 JANUARY 2009<br />
<strong>Bina</strong> <strong>Puri</strong> Holdings Bhd through its unit, <strong>Bina</strong> <strong>Puri</strong><br />
(Thailand) Ltd, was awarded the "International<br />
Achivement Award" during the Malaysian Construction<br />
Industry Excellence Award, MCIEA 2008 for the<br />
outstanding completion of projects in Thailand namely,<br />
Bangplee, Nadee and Krasaebon in 2008.<br />
The award ceremony was held at the new CIDB<br />
Convention Centre at Jalan Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. Apart<br />
from the above award, <strong>Bina</strong> <strong>Puri</strong> also was one of the<br />
recipient of the certificate of appreciation for the "Special<br />
Award - Innovation" for the usage ofTunnel Form System.<br />
