Please include the following items with this entry form:
❏ One DVD (all regions) or VHS (PAL or NTSC) video cassette of the film; your DVD/ VHS must be labeled with the title, director’s name,
length, format, subtitling (if any); please indicate if the submission is a rough cut, or work in progress.

In case an item is not available at the time of submission, it will be requested immediately upon selection. Digital photographs can be sent
by e-mail or CD-ROM in the following formats: Size 10x15 cm (1181x1772 pixels), 300dpi resolution, JPEG (preferred) or TIFF.
After confirming their participation in the festival, the owners of selected films will receive a separate publicity request form in order to
send in materials for press and publicity purposes; see also 4.2 and 4.3 of the regulations.
I have made sure with regard to third parties involved that I am legally authorized to enter the film in the Festival. I assure that the
