Can you log on and log<br />
off from the <strong>My</strong> Reward<br />
<strong>site</strong> and save your<br />
selections?<br />
Yes. When you are logged on you will be able <strong>to</strong> save and see<br />
your selections by clicking the ‘OK & View Selections’ but<strong>to</strong>n<br />
at the bot<strong>to</strong>m of each benefit selection page. However, if<br />
you want <strong>to</strong> log off, your selections will only be saved if you<br />
confirm them in the system. You do this by clicking on the<br />
‘Confirm’ but<strong>to</strong>n at the bot<strong>to</strong>m of the ‘Select your Benefits’<br />
page. If you attempt <strong>to</strong> log off without confirming your<br />
selections you will receive a warning message.<br />
Important POINTS<br />
TO REMEMBER<br />
1. Upon joining <strong>HSBC</strong>, if you don’t receive your log on<br />
details, please refer <strong>to</strong> the Reward Proposal intranet <strong>site</strong> or<br />
call <strong>My</strong> Reward Centre on 0845 603 3133. Lines are open<br />
Monday <strong>to</strong> Friday between 9am and 5pm.<br />
2. Please note, confirmation of your <strong>My</strong> <strong>Choice</strong> selections is<br />
entirely at <strong>HSBC</strong>’s discretion. You will be notified if for some<br />
reason, <strong>HSBC</strong> is not able <strong>to</strong> authorise your choice.<br />
3. Some partner benefits are subject <strong>to</strong> underwriting rules<br />
and temporary cover is given in the first instance for a<br />
period of 90 days. You are advised <strong>to</strong> read the relevant<br />
terms and conditions in the online Benefits <strong>Guide</strong>.<br />
4. If you need <strong>to</strong> make any changes <strong>to</strong> personal details<br />
held in <strong>My</strong> <strong>Choice</strong>, please ensure that you also update<br />
your HR records. Any changes you make within <strong>My</strong> <strong>Choice</strong><br />
will not au<strong>to</strong>matically update any centrally held HR records.<br />
5. If you have any questions about selecting your <strong>My</strong><br />
<strong>Choice</strong> benefits, please call <strong>My</strong> Reward Centre on 0845<br />
603 3133. Lines are open Monday <strong>to</strong> Friday between 9am<br />
and 5pm.<br />
