The scheme aims at improving the standard of living and quality of<br />
life of all sections of people by improving basic amenities in rural<br />
areas. Highlighting about the scheme, Modi said MPs involvement in<br />
development of adarsh grams (model villages) will help as rural needs and<br />
infrastructure would be improved with the participation of the villagers<br />
and not the government or any department.<br />
