BABAK’S NOMINATION STORY
My family and I spent some time yesterday with
Babak from your hospice program, and we would
like to convey our appreciation to you for his efforts
to make our decision to enroll our family member
Glen Hutchins in your program an informed one.
Babak was well prepared for his visit with us, was very
pleasant to talk to, provided us with all the information
we needed and was able to provide us with the assurances
that we needed to feel comfortable in making what is an
uncomfortable decision. His ability to communicate to
us the “who, what, how and why” of your program and
what we can expect Glen’s care to be were exemplary.
He asked pertinent questions when he needed
clarification or additional information, and he answered
our questions completely, providing insights into your
program that we might not have thought to ask about.
