Spons<strong>or</strong>ship Terms and Conditions<br />
Dates: Banners will be installed <strong>by</strong><br />
Bannerville on <strong>or</strong> about September 14, 2013<br />
and will remain in place through September 14,<br />
2014.<br />
Location: Banners will be placed along<br />
Irving Park Road between Melvina and Meade.<br />
If m<strong>or</strong>e banners are sold, they will be placed on<br />
the light poles on Irving Park extending toward<br />
Narragansett and Austin. These banners will<br />
not only celebrate the 100 th Anniversary of<br />
<strong>Saint</strong> Pascal Parish, but give you an<br />
unprecedented opp<strong>or</strong>tunity to display <strong>your</strong><br />
business 24 / 7 to the thousands of people<br />
traveling Irving Park every day.<br />
Installation Hardware: Bannerville will<br />
provide installation hardware and installation<br />
at no cost to the spons<strong>or</strong>. Installation<br />
hardware will remain the property of<br />
Bannerville.<br />
Fixtures: Banners shall be placed only on<br />
City-owned light fixtures, and may not be<br />
placed on traffic signals <strong>or</strong> Edison owned poles<br />
and equipment, <strong>or</strong> non-City owned facilities.<br />
Condition: If a banner becomes damaged<br />
<strong>or</strong> t<strong>or</strong>n, it will need to be removed.<br />
Advertising: Spons<strong>or</strong> text shall be limited<br />
to a business <strong>or</strong> family name, <strong>or</strong> a business<br />
logo. No photos, taglines, <strong>or</strong> other advertising<br />
shall be permitted. The text is limited to 8.5”<br />
high and will be printed in a standard white<br />
font. Remember, <strong>your</strong> banner will be seen<br />
from a distance, so keep <strong>your</strong> letters to a<br />
minimum. If you use a logo, make sure it’s<br />
legible from 20-50 feet away.<br />
