AS GENERAL MANAGER OF TRUMP SOHO ® NEW YORK<br />
NEW YORK – Dec. 21, 2011 – TRUMP HOTEL COLLECTION , the next generation of luxury<br />
hospitality, h<strong>as</strong> appointed <strong>Andre<strong>as</strong></strong> <strong>Oberoi</strong> general manager of <strong>Trump</strong> <strong>SoHo</strong> ® New York. <strong>Oberoi</strong> joins<br />
the <strong>Trump</strong> team from the St. Regis Bangkok, where he served <strong>as</strong> general manager of hotel and residences.<br />

A veteran hotelier, <strong>Oberoi</strong> spent the p<strong>as</strong>t 10 years managing iconic,<br />
luxury hotels for St. Regis and The Luxury <strong>Collection</strong>. In addition to<br />
the property in Bangkok, which he opened, these include the <strong>Hotel</strong><br />
Romazzino in Italy’s Costa Smeralda and the opening of the St.<br />
Regis Mardavall <strong>Hotel</strong> in Majorca, Spain.<br />
For 12 years prior, <strong>Oberoi</strong> held senior-level roles with Kempinski<br />
<strong>Hotel</strong>s in Beijing and Munich. His career also includes management<br />
positions with The Waldorf Towers in New York and The El San<br />
Juan <strong>Hotel</strong> & C<strong>as</strong>ino in Puerto Rico in the early 1990s. A native of Munich, he launched his career in<br />
1985 at The Kempinski <strong>Hotel</strong> Vier Jahreszeiten Munich, where he rose from an apprenticeship to front<br />
office manager on a t<strong>as</strong>k force team to open the Mansion Kempinski Bangkok in 1991.<br />
<strong>Oberoi</strong> holds an executive M<strong>as</strong>ter of Business Administration from Reims Management School in France.<br />
