Friends of Wyoming Life Resource Center
Sid and Sharon Humberson had a vision of having a nice
home for the guardians, friends and family to visit with
their loved ones who reside at Wyoming Life Resource
Center. The state gave permission to use the former superintendent’s
house for this need. Sid and Sharon organized
“The Friends of Wyoming Life Resource Center” in 2010
as a non-profit organization.
Willison Manor, one of the grand brick homes on campus,
has been used for this purpose for years, but the design is
not wheelchair accessible. With the addition of a ramp,
built by WLRC employees, the old superintendent’s home
is ground level and now wheelchair accessible. It is to be
used by guardians, family and friends to spend holidays
and even family reunions with their loved ones.
There will be an open house on Monday, December 5, 3-6 p.m. We are very appreciative of all the parents,
guardians, family, friends, concerned citizens and businesses who have come together to make this dream a reality
to support the clients residing at the center here in Lander. Board members are Sid Humberson, president; Paul
DeBock, vice president; Cale Case, Sharon Humberson and Connie Howard.
Great Insurances with Healthcare Solutions Team
Teresa Schwab grew up in the ranching and farming
community around Corvallis, OR and thrived on
country living and down-home values. In March
2009 she combined her love of helping others and
her skills acquired while working in hospitality,
tourism, real estate and management to begin a new
career as an insurance agent. Fighting against typical
insurance agent stereotypes, Teresa genuinely cares
about the well being of her clients and strives to conduct
business in a way that lets others know that in
the ambiguous world of insurance she’s one of the
elite few who still understands the meaning of a
handshake.
Tammy Leonhardt is a Wyoming native, rancher’s wife and the mother of two. Tammy wanted a career that allowed
her to give back to her community. She reached the decision to become an independent insurance agent because
she knew first hand as a rancher just how difficult it is to find or obtain reliable and comprehensive health
insurance coverage. Believing in hard work and honest conncetions, Tammy is considerate of others and takes pride
in providing exceptional customer service.
Teresa and Tammy are on a mission to show the world that all insurance agents were not created equal. Great
Health Insurances with Healthcare Solutions team is not controlled or run by the “Almighty Dollar.” What helps set
them apart is the fact that they do not work for any particular insurance company. There are never any charges for
the services we offer and no obligations either. They enjoy having the opportunity to help save people money by
making a personal connection, learning their individual needs and figuring out the best way to cover them from
every angle. Their clients come first, they are their priority!
