Terms & Condition
1. Tender from can be obtained in the office hours by submitting the required fees which is
nonrefundable along with the application form and the documents such as previous years sales tax
clearance certificates, valid registration certificate issued by commercial tax department, particulars
of business and certificate regarding manufacture/Authorized agent should be submitted along with
the application form.
2. An additional fees of Rs 100/- will be charged if the tender form is required by Post. Tenders will be
received upto 3.00 p.m. through registered post/speed post or through authorized courier of P&T
department or alternatively tenders may be dropped in the tender box kept at this office. The
department will not be responsible for late receipt or loss of documents sent by post.
3. Tenders received after the prescribed time will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Detailed specifications of materials and conditions can be seen at this office in office hours. Tender
form will be provided only with the written consent of acceptance of department terms conditions.
5. This short NIT will be part of the agreement.
6. This short NIT is also available in the P.H.E. Department website www.cg.phed.nic.in.
