SAMPLE CHECKLIST FOR TOWER CRANE APPENDIX 3 This checklist provides an overview of the basic requirements to be checked which would help to ensure that a tower crane is safe for use. Tower crane users should consult manufacturers, suppliers and owners to check on minimum requirements and address any concerns before using the equipment. These items in this checklist are nonexhaustive and users are recommended to make the necessary modification and customisation to suit your work processes and conditions at the workplace.
