your support by joining family and<br />

friends during an evening full of music,<br />

refreshments and entertainment. The<br />

night will conclude with a mile walk<br />

as illuminated balloons fill the<br />

air with hope.<br />

Funds raised through the Light The Night event support LLS’s mission to cure<br />

leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients<br />

and their families. This event is also an opportunity to pay tribute to people<br />

battling blood cancers and commemorate loved ones lost.<br />

Light The Night Registration<br />

The <strong>Siteman</strong> <strong>Cancer</strong> <strong>Center</strong> at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine and<br />

St. Louis Children’s Hospital is sponsoring a team for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night® Walk<br />

on Friday, September 27, 2013.<br />

Team members can raise funds by encouraging others to contribute. Funds will be used for research to find cures and<br />

improve the quality of life for patients and their families. Become involved in this worthwhile endeavor and give yourself<br />

the experience of helping others. You will be glad you joined us.<br />

Registration & Rewards<br />

The Registration Fee of $25 will include an illuminated lantern to carry during the walk. Walkers can earn additional<br />

rewards, including Light the Night T-shirts and sweatshirts. Plus, walkers raising $300, $500, $1,000, $2,500 or more will<br />

receive other exciting gifts.<br />
