CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION <strong>65</strong><br />
In its simplest form, as regards consumer products, Prop <strong>65</strong> can be considered<br />
a consumer “right to know” law.<br />
It doesn’t prohibit the sale of products containing hazardous substances at any<br />
level.<br />
It does require that if these substances are present in recognized r<strong>is</strong>k levels<br />
that the product be properly labeled.<br />
