Location
Jumeirah Living’s World Trade Centre Residence is located on 2 nd Zabeel Road in
the centre of Dubai’s commercial business district, next to Dubai World Trade Centre
and Dubai Convention Centre.
History
Construction commenced in 2006, following the designs of architect Jung Brannen, with
the first guests being welcomed in August 2008.
Structure and Exterior Design
The unique L-shaped design was based on the notions of light and air, with the glass
configuration combining leading edge design and state of the art energy saving
characteristics, to create an icon of contemporary architecture.
The two towers are positioned to shade the podium and, with the prevailing winds, help
to moderate the temperature, whilst the exterior walls feature fully insulated panels to
reflect the sun and double glazing to reduce heat gain.
Residences
The two towers consist of 377 contemporary residences, including a number of serviced
apartments, ranging from a 90m 2 one bedroom simplex to a four bedroom duplex gallery
of 386m 2 .
Each residence features floor to ceiling windows offering breathtaking views across the
city, and is fitted out with luxurious designer furniture, modern artworks and the latest
technology and state of the art appliances.
Additional services available to residents of the building include a 24 hour concierge
service, 24 hour security, 24 hour reception and housekeeping services and valet
parking, with covered secure parking.
Lifestyle Concierge
A highly specialised Lifestyle Concierge team is on hand to attend to the residents’ every

need, including assistance with shopping, travel arrangements, IT support and domestic
services as well as sourcing schools, booking events, children’s activities, appointments
and surprises and assisting with flower arrangements and interior décor. The efficient
and discreet team will create an exclusive, personalised and truly unique living through
superior and consistent levels of service, enthusiastically managing the time of residents.
The Club
Located on the 30 th floor rooftop, The Club features light refreshments in an
atmosphere of understated elegance throughout the day until late. Floor to ceiling
windows and a rooftop terrace by the pool provide panoramic views of the city,
desert and park below.
Business Facilities
Two fully equipped meeting rooms and a sophisticated Business Centre are located
on the 29 th floor and offer the latest in business technology combined with floor to
ceiling windows which give lots of natural light and great views of the city.

Fitness Centre
The Fitness Centre contains state of the art resistance and cardiovascular
equipment with interactive LCD screens, serviced by a team of trained
professionals. The location on the 29 th floor provides magnificent views which can
only inspire and features a 25 metre lap pool along with a children’s pool, on the
rooftop landscaped sun deck.
