Give in Celebration
Donating to Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital is a unique way of
celebrating your special occasion and thanking guests for joining in your special day.
As a keepsake to your guests of your donation, you can order personalised cards to which a favour gift of a
Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital pin badge or trolley key ring can be added.
Ordering is easy – please complete the form below and return it with your payment, allowing four weeks for delivery.

We will print your chosen wording onto the cards; please note to ensure your cards arrive in pristine condition,
they will be dispatched as an A4 sheet and therefore will require cutting to size.

We suggest a minimum donation of £25.00 for the cards and a minimum donation of £1.50 per badge or trolley
key ring. We will print your chosen wording onto the cards; please note, to ensure your cards arrive in pristine
condition, they will be dispatched as an A4 sheet and therefore will require cutting to size. You may also wish to
hole punch the card to attach the favour gift to the card.
