Example 3.2. Adding an IP Network<br />

This example adds an IPv4 network named wwwsrvnet with address 192.168.10.0/24 to the<br />

address book:<br />

Command-Line Interface<br />

Device:/> add Address IP4Address wwwsrvnet Address=192.168.10.0/24<br />

InControl<br />

Follow the same steps used for the Web Interface below.<br />

Web Interface<br />

1. Go to: Objects > Address Book > Add > IP4 Address<br />

2. Specify a suitable name for the IP network, for example wwwsrvnet<br />

3. Enter 192.168.10.0/24 as the IP Address<br />

4. Click OK<br />

Example 3.3. Adding an IP Range<br />

This example adds a range of IPv4 addresses from 192.168.10.16 to 192.168.10.21 and names the<br />

range wwwservers:<br />

Device:/> add Address IP4Address wwwservers<br />

Address=192.168.10.16-192.168.10.21<br />
