Shipping<br />

Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are added to invoices (current rates apply). Methods of shipment offered:<br />

Ground, Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select.<br />

Damaged Merchandise<br />

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Should there be damage, report it to the carrier. Additionally, you must contact<br />

<strong>Atlas</strong> and report any problems within 5 days of receipt of goods. Claims thereafter will not be honored.<br />

Returns<br />

It is our policy to require prior authorization for all returns. Returns without authorization will incur a 20% restocking fee or be refused. Our Customer Service<br />

department will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) for the item(s) you are returning. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice.<br />
