<strong>VACUPRESS</strong> <strong>520</strong> <strong>GK</strong>/<strong>LC</strong> is a low budget unit for an easy entry in the vacuum-technology. With the<br />
same frame as the years approved models <strong>520</strong> <strong>GK</strong>/1 and <strong>520</strong> <strong>GK</strong>/2 (see next double page) this unit is<br />
a perfect solution for moulding insoles and foot-orthotics. The units of the <strong>LC</strong> series are simply connected<br />
to an external vacuum system like a small pump or central supply. No electrical power supply<br />
is needed. Thus even a larger numbers of these units can be connected to a central vacuum-supply.<br />
Even with these low budget units the standards in quality and design are guaranteed. All <strong>520</strong> <strong>GK</strong>/<strong>LC</strong><br />
units are equipped with a separate vacuum- and ventilation valve a s well as a one-way valve a nd a<br />
dust filter. Large sized vacuum-hoses guarantee a optimized vacuum speed.<br />

With Vacupress <strong>520</strong> <strong>GK</strong> we provide a small vacuum-press suitable for a variety of application fields.<br />
This unit is available in two versions.<br />
The <strong>520</strong> <strong>GK</strong>/1, without its own vacuum pump, as ancillary equipment for connection to a main unit<br />
like VA 620 S3, etc. or to a vacuum supply like TLV 10, etc.. Therefore the <strong>520</strong> <strong>GK</strong>/I is simply integrated<br />
into the central vacuum system. Thus the main unit‘s automatic system characteristics are not affected<br />
in any way. An electrical controlled magnetic valve ensures that the deep drawing frame can<br />
be loaded both in the main and the ancillary unit independently of each other, without disrupting<br />
the other unit‘s operation.<br />
This provides the unrestricted possibilities of 2 or more deep drawing units with automatic pressure<br />
monitoring now available on all the connected equipment.<br />
Up to 6 ancillary units can be installed. (Example 1)<br />
Furthermore, up to 10 units of this type can be operated using a special vacuum unit (e.g. TLV10, Art.<br />
No. 20-048 please note technical information). All installed units can than operate automatically,<br />
switching on automatically when the frame is closed and the pressure falls, switching off again when<br />
the nominal low pressure is attained. (Example 2)<br />
The <strong>520</strong> <strong>GK</strong>/2 is an autonomous master unit with integral vacuum pump (6m³/h). Automatic monitoring<br />
of the vacuum, is compulsory as with all our Vacupress deep drawing units .<br />
