POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Orders
Orders must be placed in bag/carton quantities as indicated. Orders that do not meet this criteria will be rounded up to full carton quantities
prior to shipment and noted on your order confirmation.
Minimum Order
$100.00 Net. This minimum applies to whole goods orders only and not to orders for parts, repair or literature.
Late Charge
All invoices not paid by the net due date will be subject to a service charge of the lesser of 1½% per month (18% annual percentage rate),
or the highest rate then permitted by applicable law.
Credit Terms
Dating terms, as well as all open account credit terms, are made available to those customers which the company's credit department
determines to be credit-worthy. Customers may participate in buying programs or enjoy open account dating terms only as long as such
credit-worthiness, as determined by the company, is maintained.
If such credit-worthiness is not maintained, dating terms on future purchases may be revoked, or all outstanding customer obligations under
open account shall become immediately due. Either action may be taken at the company's option and upon written notice to the customer.
If an unresolved credit issue extends beyond 30 days, open orders may be subject to shipment hold or cancellation.
Freight Terms
Irritrol will ship Freight Prepaid any orders valued at a minimum of $1,000.00 net (in the contiguous U.S.) or $3,500.00 net (Canada) and
can include any products in this price list (including micro irrigation). Orders that are less than $1,000.00 net will be charged a 6% shipping
charge for ground shipments.
- Freight charges for emergency order shipments are paid by the distributor. This includes next-day delivery, second-day delivery, and any
premium service or special delivery request.
Special Order Items
Special Order items may not be returned for any reason.
Claims for Shortage
All claims for shortage should be made in writing, by fax or phone to our Order Services Department within 30 days of receipt of goods.
If not reported within 30 days, claim may be refused.
Product Return Policy
Products returned (other than defective) must be pre-approved by Irritrol Management. For details, contact your local Irritrol District Sales
Manager.
Defective Goods Return Policy
To return defective products, please obtain an RGA by sending an email to orderservices@irritrol.com . Upon receipt of RGA confirmation,
return the product and a copy of the RGA confirmation to the address indicated.
