6. Diesel Coaches on display must have an approved wheel chock design
on a minimum of one axel.
Washing – PRVCA APC wash line schedule runs September 3 through
September 7. See Washing form in Forms section. Advance or staged
washing may be arranged through the vendors listed within.
Placement – PRVCA will deliver units to assigned blocks and jockey units
into position only if a company representative is present during their movein
day time-slot. PRVCA is not responsible for individual placement of units
within the block. NOTE: If a forklift driver is asked to return to a display
without a PRVCA spotter, PRVCA will not be responsible for damage.
Vehicle Identification Cards / 2012 Decals – Final paperwork and payments
are due by July 20, 2012. Upon receipt of the finalized paperwork and
payment, PRVCA will mail the Vehicle Identification Cards and approved
2012 unit decals to the official manufacturer Show Contact on file. The
Vehicle Identification Cards must be placed in the passenger side window or
on the front of the vehicle to provide for instant identification. The Show
Contact must forward identification cards / decals to the transporter. Units
will not be allowed on-site without proper identification.
Date & Time Exhibitor Schedule - Move-in date / time is on the Vehicle
Identification Card. Vehicle Identification Cards are color coded by move-in
day. Units arriving prior to scheduled move-in day are not allowed on
property, unless they have an advance staging authorization. PRVCA forklift
service is not available until September 4. Wash time is as indicated below,
unless altered by APC or All-Bright for individual contracts. Booth vendor
vehicle displays are listed in red. Schedule changes in blue and green.
