It has been decided to disburse the TA and DA to the staff attending October 2012 Board theory
examination duty .If the Principal is happen to be the Chief Superintendent then he/she can disburse the
claim to the individuals.If the Principal is not the Chief Superintendent then he/she may disburse the
amount that is certified/approved by the Chief Superintendent .
TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE
The to and fro travelling allowance can be permitted based on the actual bus/train fare incurred .
The claim form is to be obtained in duplicate.The claim form is given in Annexure -I
DAILY ALLOWANCE
The Daily Allowance calculation should be made based on the actual distance between the Head
Quarters and the Exam Centre. The rates admissible are
For distances of 8 km (or) more ----------- Rs.190.00/day
For distances less than 8 kms. ----------- Rs.115.00/day
The individuals have to sign in acquittance (Annexure II) after filling in the necessary details for
receiving the claim.
After all the theory exams including first semester , at the centre is over the Principals are
requested to submit the claim forms along with acquittance within a week to DOTE after getting the
certification from the flying squad Head that the disbursement made are as per guidelines. Any amount to
be claimed or to be returned is to be done within a week for necessary further action at DOTE office.
The following terms & conditions are to be followed by Principal while disbursing the amount.
After the disbursement the disbursing officer must certify that the following terms & condition are not
violated. The acquittance with TA bill forms properly attested & stitched must reach the DOTE office
with in the ten days after all the theory exams are over. While disbursing priority is to be given to outside
staff in case there is short of fund. If there is any audit objection the disbursing officer is responsible for
the consequence.
Terms & Conditions:
1. To and fro fare will be incurred one time.(for distances of 8 km or more)
2. No daily allowance would be paid for Government holidays except when the individual stays
at the centre, with the stay is certified by the Chief Superintendent / Principal.
Your co-ordination & co-operation is highly expected and solicited for smooth and effective
conduct of Examinations.

It has been decided to disburse the TA & DA to Chief Superintendent, Additional Chief
Superintendent, Hall Superintendent & Cell duty members attending October 2012 Board Theory
Exam works.
In this connection an advance amount will be sent to each Principal for
disbursement at Institutes. Instructions for disbursement have been given to Principals (a copy
enclosed).
After all the Theory Exams (including first semester) are over you are requested to check
the correctness of disbursement made by the Principals and certify.
You are also requested to see that the acquittance with TA Bill forms (properly stitched)
reaches DOTE with in 7 – 10 days after all the Theory Exams are over.
Your Cooperation & Coordination is very much expected.
