Living our Culture Along the year of 2011, the AG Culture continued to be promoted across our markets in Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Promotional material was prepared and distributed, and debate sessions about the principles and 33 behaviours took place in the various markets where the Group operates; all our news pieces were associated to the relevant principles. There was also a contest that gave prizes to the collaborators that made the most creative works depicting how they live the AG Culture in their daily lives. The Annual People Cycle and the 360º Mapping, based on the Culture, ensured Meritocracy and promoted career development.
