RE-ACCREDITATION/RENEWAL OF LEARNING PROGRAMME APPROVAL<br />
Accreditation or Learning Programme Approval must be renewed every three years. The Accreditation<br />
Application Form or Learning Programme Approval Application Form must be completed and submitted<br />
with the required supporting documentation (by the relevant submission deadline). Upon receipt of the<br />
above as well as a <strong>VAT</strong> Registration Number, applicants will be invoiced at the same fee as for<br />
Accreditation/Learning Programme Approval. (See the table on page 1).<br />
