Register your group online SHORT COURSES continued Advanced registration is required to guarantee participation in a short course. Enrollment for each course is limited to 85 participants and processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum of 50 registrants per course is required. AAPS reserves the right to cancel the course if minimum enrollment is not reached by October 9, 2009. AAPS Student Members may apply for a reduced $50 registration fee for short courses. Five applicants will be selected for each short course on a first-come, first-served basis. To qualify you must mail or fax the application so that it will be received by October 16, 2009. Cancellations/Refunds/ Substitutions 2009 AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and emailed to registration@aaps.org or faxed to +1 (703) 243-5582. Registration refunds will be issued for all requests received by October 16, 2009, less an administrative fee ($100 for members and non-members/$30 for student registrants). Registrant substitutions from the same company may be submitted in writing at any time without penalty. If the membership status of the substitute differs from that of the original registrant, a refund or additional charge may apply. The AAPS Office will be closed November 5 – 13, 2009 while staff are at the AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition. Please do NOT fax documents during these dates. Group Registration Groups of four or more fully paid registrants must be maintained in order to qualify for the appropriate discounted registrations. If at any time there is a cancellation which brings the group total below the minimum of four registrants, the $100 discount for the other group members will be adjusted to the full registration price according to membership status at the time of the original registration. Substitutions will be allowed at any time with the registration rate to be adjusted according to the membership status of the person who is the replacement registrant. All group registrants MUST be registered at the same time in order to qualify for the discount, additional group members may not be added at a later time. Previously submitted registrations cannot be combined in order to meet minimum group requirements. Group cancellations received by October 16, 2009 will be issued less an administrative fee ($100 for members and nonmembers/$30 for student registrants) per person. Short Courses Short course registration cancellations received by October 16, 2009 will be issued less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for short course registration cancellations received after October 16, 2009. Registrant substitutions submitted in writing are accepted at any time without penalty. Workshops All written refund requests received by October 16, 2009 will be issued minus an administrative fee ($180 for registrants/$50 government registrants/$15 student registrants).
