Baron Fuente has a delicate gold colour with lively bubble. Its flavour is dry and pleasing with notes of citrus and<br />

dried fruits, typical of the Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir grapes.<br />

Jacques Cartier NV (France, 12%) £48.00<br />

Pale gold in colour, with a fine and generous mousse. On the nose, notes of small red fruit, fresh fruit compote<br />

and marshmallow give the wines its freshness and delicacy. On the palate, the notes of fresh fruit are still present<br />

and combine with hints of brioche.<br />

Cotes de Duras is a dry fruity, refreshing wine from the crisp Sauvignon Blanc grape. Best enjoyed chilled on its<br />

own or with a variety of lightly flavoured foods.<br />

Poeta Chardonnay Venezie 2009 (Italy, 12.3%) £19.95<br />

This fresh & crisp Chardonnay bursting with citrus, melon and apple fruits. Very elegant, soft and delicate<br />

on the palate.<br />

Operetto Pinot Grigio (Italy, 12%) £22.00<br />

Floral nose of jasmine and honeysuckle. Good structure with a mineral finish.<br />

Louis Jadot Macon-Villages 2005 (France, 13%) £30.00<br />

A clean, fresh Chardonnay with typical varietal fragrance and elegant, citrus and white fruit flavours (peaches and nectarines)<br />

on the palate. Vinified without oak contact, the delicate acid balance carries into a refreshing, crisp finish.<br />

A typical and complex Chablis with a good concentration, from one of the world’s best known vineyards –well developed<br />

aromas of pomelo, mint and flint<br />

What is remarkable about this Pinot Grigio is undoubtedly its slightly pink colour, reminiscent of the grapes it is made from.<br />

The nose is fruity, slightly floral and pleasant, particularly crisp and balanced palate<br />

Red Wine<br />

<strong>Blenheim</strong> <strong>Palace</strong> Merlot (France, 11.5%) £19.50<br />

An easy drinking medium bodied red wine, with soft blackcurrant and cherry flavours it has an herbaceous style of Merlot<br />

grape. It is ideal for drinking with cheeses, roasts or grilled meat dishes.<br />

Côtes du Rhone Rouge Cuvee des Prelatas Louis Bernard (France, 13.5%) £27.50<br />

Soft, juicy Cote du Rhone with classic strawberry Granache fruit matched with Syrah tell-tale peppery spice. Rounded, ripe<br />

and fruity with bags of character.<br />

Piropo Shiraz Malbec 2010, (Argentina, 13%) £22.80<br />

Dark forest and bramble fruit with chocolate aromas. This wine is full, rich and packed with blackberry and blackcurrant<br />

fruit flavours.<br />

Don Jacobo Crianza Rioja Tinto (Spain, 12.5%) £30.00<br />

A traditionally made wine. Matured for at least 12 months in oak and a further 12 months in bottle before release.<br />

Ruby red in colour with sweet cherry aromas and silky oaky flavours. Light, smooth velvety texture.<br />

Chateau la Croix St Emilion (France, 13%) £42.00<br />

Beautiful deep crimson colour. Powerful and complex nose with ripe red fruits entangled in delicate vanilla notes.<br />

Soft and well-balanced on the palate, it delivers fresh fruits flavours together with a subtle range of flavours.
