Driver Eligibility Requirements
• All students must pass a minimum of three out of
four subjects each semester to continue to drive.
• Reinstatement of a student’s driver’s license or permit
will take a minimum of one semester, unless a student
can show evidence of a hardship as defined by the
guidelines provided to the student when the incident
occurs.
• Final grades at semester’s end must equate to three
out of four passing grades in order for a student to
have his/her license or permit reinstated.
