This office invites application from suitable candidates for contractual appointment to the
following post:
1) Research & Studies Coordinator (District Level) (Vacancy – 01)
a) E.Q.: Hons Graduate/Post Graduate in Economics / Mathematics / Statistics from
any recognized University with at least 50% marks.
b) Experience : At least 1 year experience in the field of Educational Research is
desirable.
c) Desirable : Basic Computer Knowledge
d) Age : Below 35 years as on 01.01.08
e) Remuneration : Rs. 9100/- per month

1. Applications should be in prescribed application form. It can be downloaded from
the website or neatly typed in an A4 size paper.
2. Filled in application form should be submitted either personally or by post at the
District Project Office,SSA, Hooghly, Old Zilla Parishad Building,
Chinsurah, Hooghly- 712 101. Envelope containing the applications must be
super scribed with the words “Application for the post of
________________________________________ in the District Project Office”.
3. Applicants should submit photocopies of their age proof certificate, all
educational, Professional and other certificates duly attested by a Gr.-A Govt.
Officer along with the application.
4. Last date of submission of completed application form is 5 th September, 2008.
Application received after last date will not be accepted.
5. Incomplete application forms or applications not accompanied by attested copies
of educational qualifications, age proof and other certificates will be summarily
rejected.
6. Canvassing in any form will be considered as disqualification.
