This <strong>of</strong>fice invites application from suitable candidates for contractual appointment to <strong>the</strong><br />

following post:<br />

1) Research & Studies Coordinator (<strong>District</strong> Level) (Vacancy – 01)<br />

a) E.Q.: Hons Graduate/Post Graduate in Economics / Ma<strong>the</strong>matics / Statistics from<br />

any recognized University with at least 50% marks.<br />

b) Experience : At least 1 year experience in <strong>the</strong> field <strong>of</strong> Educational Research is<br />

desirable.<br />

c) Desirable : Basic Computer Knowledge<br />

d) Age : Below 35 years as on 01.01.08<br />

e) Remuneration : Rs. 9100/- per month<br />

1. Applications should be in prescribed application form. It can be downloaded from<br />

<strong>the</strong> website or neatly typed in an A4 size paper.<br />

2. Filled in application form should be submitted ei<strong>the</strong>r personally or by post at <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>District</strong> Project <strong>Office</strong>,SSA, Hooghly, Old Zilla Parishad Building,<br />

Chinsurah, Hooghly- 712 101. Envelope containing <strong>the</strong> applications must be<br />

super scribed with <strong>the</strong> words “Application for <strong>the</strong> post <strong>of</strong><br />

________________________________________ in <strong>the</strong> <strong>District</strong> Project <strong>Office</strong>”.<br />

3. Applicants should submit photocopies <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir age pro<strong>of</strong> certificate, all<br />

educational, Pr<strong>of</strong>essional and o<strong>the</strong>r certificates duly attested by a Gr.-A Govt.<br />

<strong>Office</strong>r along with <strong>the</strong> application.<br />

4. Last date <strong>of</strong> submission <strong>of</strong> completed application form is 5 th September, 2008.<br />

Application received after last date will not be accepted.<br />

5. Incomplete application forms or applications not accompanied by attested copies<br />

<strong>of</strong> educational qualifications, age pro<strong>of</strong> and o<strong>the</strong>r certificates will be summarily<br />

rejected.<br />

6. Canvassing in any form will be considered as disqualification.
