James was born in 1920 at Berton on Trent, England. He served in France,<br />

Company of <strong>Royal</strong> Montreal Regiment from 1916 to 1918. Walter was the<br />
son of Roland & Bessie Corey of <strong>New</strong> Canaan, NB. He was killed in action<br />
on Aug. 8, 1918. Submitted by Havelock Br. #86.<br />
