M/WBE Requirements<br />
• M/WBE Participation Goal is 20%<br />
• M/WBE must be certified by either NYC Dept. of Small Business<br />
<strong>Services</strong> or Empire State Development Corp.<br />
• Respondents will be required to submit an M/WBE Subcontractors<br />
Participation Plan for each project<br />
– Selected respondents are not required to meet the 20% goal on<br />
every project under the contract, but are required to meet the goal in<br />
the aggregate/contract level<br />
