HOUSEKEEPING INSTRUCTIONS 

1 Remove Entire Lid and empty Strainer Basket into Bin. 

2 Empty Collection Container into Barrel. 

3 Remove, clean and replace wiper blades. 

4 Use a bottle brush to clear grease deposits from 

the trough and inside of rubber pipe 

5 Fill Sinks with clean water and empty to flush through unit. 

This keeps fresh water in tank. Always ensure water level 

is reaching wheels.

Norms; the „SECURINSE“ system warns the operator of a possible rinse failure, 

in case of faulty water feed.

by an integral stainless steel filter with a collection basket that retains the biggest particles. 

Virtus sanitizes 

the System ensures the optimal ware wash ’s sanitation for thermal effect thanks to a powerful integrated 

electrical boiler that brings the rinsing water’s temperature over 80°C. The boiler is insulated 

to reduce thermal dispersion and energy consumption, the particular design of the circuit 

permits to work even when the waterline pressures are only just slightly higher than 1 bar, while the 

pressure reducer with gauge protects the machine from the overpressures and limits the rinsing water’s 

consumption. 

Virtus is versatile 

Every costumer has the right to have a machine that fully satisfies his exigencies and his expectations; 

starting from this simple ascertainment Virtus has developed for the System a wide series of 

optional as the drying, the heat recovery unit or steam condenser that really permit to personalize 

the dishwasher. The 40 cm clearance allows you also to treat trays’ washing and to make use of every 

special basket in the wide Virtus’s range. the System are equipped with two selectable speeds to 

face every kind of dirt in the best way. 

Virtus dries everything 

The drying tunnel (optional) uses a powerful warm air stream to eliminate quickly and completely 

the humidity’s traces from washed dishes. The heart ofthe System is constituted by a centrifugal fan 

with an air capacity of 1.150 m 3 /h, coupled to a 6 KW power warming battery. For the maximum 

safety and effectiveness the entire complex is controlled by a double thermostatic circuit.

Il prelavaggio pesante di cui è dotata la Virtus ha eccezionali capacità di asportazione dello sporco. 

Ha una lunghezza di ben 820 mm ed utilizza l’efficacissimo sistema Idrowash a 36 ugelli. La vasca 

stampata è protetta da un filtro integrale in acciaio inox con cestello di raccolta che trattiene le particelle 

più grossolane. 

Virtus sanitizza: 

il Systema assicura la sanitizzazione ottimale delle stoviglie per effetto termico grazie ad un potente 

boiler integrato ad alimentazione elettrica che porta la temperatura dell’acqua di risciacquo al di 

sopra degli 80°C. Il boiler è isolato per ridurre le dispersioni termiche ed i consumi energetici ed 

il particolare disegno del circuito consente di lavorare anche con pressioni di rete di poco superiori 

ad 1 bar, mentre il riduttore di pressione con manometro protegge la macchina dalle sovrapressioni 

e limita il consumo dell’acqua di risciacquo. 

Virtus è versatile: 

ogni cliente ha diritto ad una macchina che soddisfi pienamente le sue esigenze e le sue aspettative; 

partendo da questa semplice constatazione Virtus ha sviluppato per il Systema una ampia serie 

di optionals quali l’asciugatura, il recuperatore di calore o la condensa vapori che permettono di 

personalizzare realmente la lavastoviglie. La luce utile di lavaggio di 40 cm consente inoltre di trattare 

anche il lavaggio dei vassoi e l’utilizzo di qualsiasi cesto speciale della vastissima offerta Virtus. 

Sono dotati di due velocità selezionabili per affrontare al meglio ogni tipo di sporco. 

Virtus asciuga tutto: 

il tunnel di asciugatura (optional) utilizza una potente corrente di aria calda per eliminare velocemente 

ed in maniera completa le tracce di umidità dalle stoviglie lavate. Il cuore del sistema è costituito 

da un ventilatore centrifugo con portata d’aria di 1.150 m 3 /ora, accoppiato ad una batteria 

di riscaldamento della potenza di 6 Kw. Per la massima sicurezza ed efficacia l’intero complesso è

VIRTUS WÄSCHT PERFEKT: 

Das System verwendet ein neues IDROWASH-System, das Ergebniss langer Forschung im Labor mit 

fortschrittlichen und modernsten Instrumenten. Mit IDROWASH ist es möglich geworden die Anzahl 

der Wascharme zu reduzieren und diese leichter zu reinigen. Die Anzahl der Düsen wurde erhöht, jede 

wurde ausgerichtet und geformt um Energie-und Wasserverbrauch zu reduzieren und den Schmutz 

besser zu entfernen. Dank IDROWASH ist es zum ersten Mal möglich, in genau 1 Stunde 100 Körbe 

zu waschen und dies bei einer Geschirrspülmaschine von nur 115 cm Länge. 

VIRTUS DESINFIZIERT: 

Das System garantiert optimale thermische Desinfektion, dank einem kräftigen und leistungsfähigen 

elektrischen Boiler, der die Nachspültemperatur auf über 80°C bringt. Der Boiler ist isoliert um 

den thermischen Streuungs- und Energieverbrauch zu reduzieren. Die speziell entworfene Zirkulation 

erlaubt es zu arbeiten, auch wenn der Versorgungsdruck nur über 1 Bar ist, während der Druckminderer 

mit Manometer die Maschine vor zuviel Druck schützt und den Wasserverbrauch eingrenzt. 

VIRTUS IST VIELSEITIG: 

Jeder Kunde braucht eine Maschine die seinen Bedarf und seine Erwartungen erfüllt. Aufgrund diese 

Wissens hat Virtus ein umfangreiches Zubehör als Option entwickelt wie z.B. Trocknung, Wärmerückgewinnung 

oder Dampfkondensation, sodass eine individuell zusammen gestellte Maschine gebaut 

werden kann. Die Waschhöhe von 40 cm ermöglicht es Tabletts zu waschen, unter Verwendung 

von unterschiedlichsten Körben aus dem Virtus Zubehör Sortiment. 

VIRTUS TROCKNET ALLES: 

Der (optionale) Trocknungstunnel verwendet einen starken Heißluftstrom, um Spuren von Feuchtigkeit 

auf dem gespülten Geschirr zu entfernen. Das Herz des Systems ist ein Zentrifugal-Ventilator mit 

einer Luftkapazität von 1.150 m 3 /Std. und mit einem 6 kW Heizelement. Für maximale Sicherheit 

und Effizienz wird das System von einem doppelten Thermostat- Kreislauf kontrolliert.

de laboratoire de dernière génération. Grâce à IDROWASH on est à même de réduire le nombre 

de bras de lavage, de simplifier le lavage, d’augmenter le nombre de jets, chacun avec une orientation 

et une forme spécifiques pour minimiser la consommation d’énergie et d’eau, et enlever la 

saleté plus efficacement. Grâce à Idrowash il est aujourd’hui possible de laver parfaitement 100 paniers 

par heure avec un lave-vaisselle de 115 cm de longueur seulement. 

VIRTUS HYGIÉNISE: 

le système assure le lavage hygiénisé optimale des assiettes par effet thermique grâce à un puissant 

surchauffeur incorporé à alimentation électrique permettant d’atteindre une température de 

rinçage de plus de 80°C. Le surchauffeur est isolé pour réduire la dispersion thermique et la consommation 

d’énergie et le particulier design du circuit lui permet de travailler même quand la pression 

en entrée est seulement d’un peu plus de 1 bar. Le réducteur de pression avec manomètre 

protège la machine d’une pression très haute et limite la consommation d’eau pendant le rinçage. 

VIRTUS EST FLEXIBLE: 

Tout client veut que sa machine puisse satisfaire ses propres besoins et désirs; c’est pourquoi Virtus 

a développé une vaste gamme d’accessoires comme le séchage, le récupérateur de chaleur ou 

la condensation des vapeurs, qui permettent ainsi de personnaliser le lave-vaisselle. La hauteur de 

lavage de 40 cm permet de laver des plateaux et tout type de paniers le système. 

VIRTUS ESSUIE TOUT: 

Le tunnel de séchage (optionnel) utilise un courant puissant d’air chaud pour éliminer les traces 

d’humidité sur les assiettes lavés. Le cœur du système est fait d’une hélice centrifugeuse d’une capacité 

d’air de 1.150 m 3 /heure avec une résistance de chauffage de 6 kw. Le système est contrôlé 

par un circuit de thermostat double, pour garantir une sécurité et une efficacité maximales.

The new Renzacci ironing drying machines have been built in order to meet the requirements of 

those customers who need to use their time in a profitable and efficient way. • The calendars of the 

Renzacci ironing division are the answer to the ever growing requirements for a machine which is 

able to assure high productivity and low operating costs at the same time; saving the available 

space in the workroom because of its small sizes. • The machine is equipped with a new fixed plate 

which has a semicylindrical shape and is internally heated by gas burners, electric heating elements 

or a steam con according to requirements. • The conveyor belts used to make the laundry run 

in a perfect way over the outside surface of the machine are made of nomex, of excellent quality 

and resistant to high temperatures. • A comfortable and practical shelf built on the front of the machine 

is used to collect the laundry. • These models, all working without pressure roller, are equipped 

with a continuous speed adjuster and with an automatic control of the temperature of the 

heating plate. • The safety of the operator and of the environment are assured by a new safety device 

and an up-to-date suction circuit of the burnt gas and of the vapours produced during ironing.
