(CSD) program is performed<br />
by a worldwide network of supply<br />
and service specialists. Quality<br />
customer assistance is as near<br />
as a telephone.<br />

<strong>GSA</strong> Help Line<br />
<strong>GSA</strong> provides assistance for customers who have a problem<br />
or question concerning any of the supplies or services provided<br />
by <strong>GSA</strong>. For more information, call (800) 525-8027, option 2<br />
(DSN 465-1416). This help line is handled by the National<br />
Customer Service Center (NCSC). The NCSC helps by<br />
addressing your concerns, providing assistance, and, if<br />
necessary, referring you to the appropriate <strong>GSA</strong> center of<br />
expertise for specific knowledge in unique or special situations.<br />
Technicians are available from 8 p.m. Sunday continuously<br />
through 8:30 p.m. Friday (Central Time). After-hours messages<br />
will be answered the next business day. You can also contact<br />
the NCSC via email at NCSCcustomer.service@gsa.gov.<br />
Field Level – Customer Assistance<br />
CSDs visit customers to provide information about <strong>GSA</strong><br />
services, help in resolving problems, and answer any questions<br />
about <strong>GSA</strong> support. They provide seminars for either specific<br />
or general discussions about any phase of support offered by<br />
<strong>GSA</strong> and make periodic liaison visits to customer installations.<br />
To contact your CSD, determine the regional manager for your<br />
location (see the following page) and contact that office for<br />
more specific information, or visit www.gsa.gov/rmm.<br />
For specific <strong>Wildland</strong> <strong>Fire</strong> <strong>Equipment</strong> assistance, customers<br />
should contact the <strong>GSA</strong> Southwest Supply Center Customer<br />
Assistance Branch (see page 4 of this catalog or visit<br />
www.gsa.gov/fireprogram).<br />
